Two Licking High School students who attend Rolla Technical Institute & Center for part of their school day, have been voted in as State Officers for SkillsUSA. Alivia Peterson and Ethan Stout will represent nine districts and over 11,000 students across the state of Missouri.

Peterson and Stout submitted detailed candidate packages, participated in formal interviews, delivered speeches to voting delegates and answered a challenging problem-solving question on the spot. In addition, they designed their own campaign boards. Their hard work, professionalism and leadership stood out, and after careful consideration, the delegates selected Peterson and Stout to serve as their State Officers. They are the first students from Licking High School to earn this prestigious position.
