Obituary – Lanny V. Wallis

Lanny Verl Wallis, 69, of Edgar Springs, Missouri, passed away Friday, March 6, 2026, in Rolla, Missouri.

Lanny is survived by his fiancée, Vaunda Richardson, of Edgar Springs, Mo.; future stepson, Louis Richardson and fiancée Sara, of Bentonville, Ark.; future granddaughter, Jolie Richardson; sister, Pamela Wallis; nephew, Issac Wallis; as well as one aunt, numerous cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Larry and Trudy Wallis.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2026, in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Funeral Services with military honors will be held at 12 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2026, in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Wilson Mortuary of Salem, Missouri.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Lanny to Wilson Mortuary to help with final expenses. Memorial envelopes will be available.
