Benefit Ride for Gale sees good turnout

A Benefit Ride was held on Saturday at Crow Creek Bar & Grill for Beulah resident Ivan Gale, who sustained serious injuries in a motorcycle accident on March 9. Twenty-seven tickets to ride were purchased at the event, and Rock Springs Baptist Church matched $1,000.00 of ticket sales.
Over forty riders enjoyed an afternoon of back-roading, followed by food, music and fun at Crow Creek Bar & Grill after the ride.
More than $6,000.00 was raised at the event, which will go to help with expenses during his hospitalization. Organizers were pleased with the turnout and grateful to those who participated and donated.
