The Licking Police Department was honored to welcome Senator Brad Hudson and State Representative Bennie Cook for a tour of our new facility (on Friday, January 31). During their visit, they engaged in discussions on key legislative matters impacting law enforcement and first responders across Missouri.
As a special recognition, Senator Hudson and Representative Cook presented American flags and Missouri flags that were flown over the Missouri State Capitol on January 24, 2025, in honor of Mayor Keith Cantrell. These flags will be proudly displayed at Licking City Hall and the Police Department, symbolizing the dedication and service of Mayor Keith Cantrell.
We were also pleased to have City Administrator Rhonda Kirkwood, VFW Commander Billie Krewson, Texas County Sheriff Scott Lindsey, and Texas County Chief Deputy Rowdy Douglas in attendance for this special occasion.
We sincerely appreciate the continued support from our state and local officials as we work together to serve and protect our community.
