Licking Chamber gives back to community

On Friday, November 29, the Licking Chamber of Commerce presented six organizations in Licking with donations of $1,000.00 each. From left, Licking Chamber of Commerce President Kyle Smith, Licking FFA Chapter Vice President Josie Gifford, Linda Roberts representing Lovepaks Nutrition school backpack program, Donnetta James representing Licking United Community Help Center, representing the Shop with a Hero program – Rep. Bennie Cook (President of the Houston Lions Club), LPD Cpl. Kenny Santee and LPD Chief Pat Burton, Chief Aaron Greathouse representing the Licking Rural Fire Department, and Licking Chamber of Commerce Secretary Suzanne Blackburn. Also receiving donations were the Sonshine & Rainbow Dayschool and Licking Little League.
