Truck Pull crowds return

The Licking Truck and Tractor Pull returned to R&S Track Saturday and had perfect weather for the event, unlike the previous pull which stopped almost before it began due to a thunderstorm. The FFA Fundraiser drew a large crowd.

Half-price entry was offered due to the previous rain-out, and the hillside was full. People filled the grandstand seating and lined the fences with chairs. Others gathered in pickup beds and watched from the hillside.

The event was a combination MMTTPA and SMTTPA sanctioned event.

Results were as follows:

11,000 Hot Stock Tractors: Jeremy Spradling – 315.77; Nathan Wohr – 314.86.

Hot Stock Trucks: Kyle Kinder – 321.54; Grant Letterman – 1.61.
