New SRO sworn in

School Resource Officer (SRO) Bobby Duncan completed the oath of office with City Administrator/Clerk Rhonda Kirkwood last week at City Hall. Officer Duncan will be seen primarily on and around the campus of Licking Schools, but will have some summer duties with the department when school is not in session.
