The opening ceremony of the Edgar Springs Rodeo included a display of the U.S., MMRA, and military flags on Friday evening. These riders were the first flag bearers into the arena.

The Mid Missouri Rodeo Association (MMRA) brought their family style rodeo to Edgar Springs Friday and Saturday evening. Local competitors competed for prizes, with each evening awarded separately.
