Montauk Old Mill Days

Montauk State Park celebrated Old Mill Days with an emphasis for area students, including some from Licking, on Friday, and general public and vendor interests on Saturday. Historic skills demonstrations and performances, mill tours, old-fashioned games, music and local arts and crafts were provided by park personnel, several government entities, volunteers and participating vendors. Beautiful weather added to the enjoyment of all. Pictured above Rick Mansfield, author, reenactment actor and columnist, shared life on the water long ago with area schoolchildren.
