Obituary – David “Scott” Donley

David Scott Donley was born on July 16, 1965, in Columbia, Mo., to David and Martha (Gladine) Donley. He went to be with the Lord on February 26, 2026, in Houston, Mo., at the age of 60.

Scott grew up in Licking, Mo. He attended Licking school and graduated from Houston, in 1983.

He is preceded in death by his parents, an uncle, grandparents and aunts.

Scott is survived by his brother, Everett Donley, of Houston; sister, Mary Evans (Don Richard), of Houston; nephew, James Evans (Tammy Cloud), of Houston; nieces, Jamie Evans (Ryan Cash), of Virginia, and Laken Johnson (Woody Johnson), of Cabool; along with many great-nieces and great-nephews.

A visitation for Scott will take place on Friday, March 6, 2026, from 1 to 2 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 2 p.m. at Evans Chapel. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Evans Funeral Home of Houston, Mo. Online condolences may be left at www.evansfh.com.
