Cabool man arrested for Domestic Assault

On July 15, 2025, at approximately 12:30 a.m., an officer of the Cabool Police Department was asked to do a wellbeing check on a woman who was living on Ozark Street. During the response, a Cabool man, Richard Lee Michael, was arrested on a 24-hour hold and was transported to the Texas County Sheriff’s Office.

A warrant was served later the same day for charges of Domestic Assault – 2nd Degree. Bond was set at $5,000.00.
