Museum art classes resume

The Texas County Museum of Art & History is open for their 2025 season, and art classes have started.
Ellen Reynolds started the season with the art class Neurological Art, on Monday, May 19. She then taught a class titled Misty Mountains on Tuesday, May 27. Both were well attended.
Reynolds has two more upcoming in the next few weeks. Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17. Four S’s – Salt, Sponge, Splatter & Scratch in Watercolor will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 14.
Kathleen Borg will be teaching a class on Locker Hooking at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8.
More classes will be scheduled throughout the summer, and other instructors are to be expected as well.
All supplies are furnished for the classes, so there is a small fee associated to help cover expenses. Class sizes may be limited, so it’s a good idea to stop by or call to check on upcoming classes before they are full.
