Keith Norman and Cathy Bumbaugh opened new mini storage units in April, and are offering two sizes of units at their location on Highway 63, north of Licking.
Located about one quarter mile south of Crow Creek Bar & Grill on Highway 63, Keith and Cathy have 42 storage units so far, and are constructing more as needed. The units are all protected by security cameras, and an office will be constructed on the site soon. Both 10’x10’ and 10’x20’ units are available, and they are currently running a special – rent one month, get one month free.
Keith and Cathy live in Licking, where they relocated from Alaska in August of 2024. This means the storage units are locally owned. They can be reached by phone to respond to the location as needed, and typically would be able to be there within minutes. Future plans include adding more storage units and development of their RV storage space. The location for it has been cleared but more work is needed before it will be ready.
In addition to the expansion of their storage location, Keith and Cathy are also looking at future opportunities to develop entertainment options for young people in the area. They are currently considering a movie theater or other ideas. If you have suggestions, they are open to hearing your thoughts about ways to improve activities for youth in the area.
There are currently 42 mini storage units at the location, with more anticipated.
