Employees at Family Dollar-Dollar Tree in Licking are coordinating a Valentine’s Day program they have dubbed “Have a Heart, Give a Heart.” Customers may purchase Valentine Heart balloons or candy to send to the residents of Hickory Manor and Licking Residential Care. Balloons start at $2.00, and Reese’s candy specials are currently four for $5.00.

Store Manager Teresa Countryman and Assistant Store Manager Shyla Cox are looking forward to filling a vehicle with balloons again this year for delivery. If you would like to help them meet their goal, stop by the store before the end of the day on February 13, and let them know at the register that you want to “Give a Heart.”
