Celebrating motherhood

On behalf of the parishes of St. John the Baptist-Licking, St. Mark the Evangelist-Houston and St. Vincent de Paul-Roby, Patricia Evers (far right) presented the Pregnancy Resource Center in Houston with items needed for soon-to-be mothers in our community. Accepting on behalf of the PRC were, from left: Mike Miller, Board Member; Lori Moncrief, Board Secretary; Debra Stockard, Executive Director; and Russ Stigall, Board President. The event celebrated motherhood within the church family with a delicious luncheon, and supported PRC in their mission by hosting a baby shower. It was coordinated by parishioners Donna Schroeder, Sandy Miller, Patricia Evers and Alana Wright.
