Obituary – Patsy S. Edgmond-Wade
Patsy Sue Edgmond-Wade, age 69, passed away June 24, 2026, in Licking, Mo. She was born July 17, 1956, in Houston, Mo., to Harold Ray Letner and Verna Holland Letner.
Patsy graduated from Licking High School, class of 1975. She worked for Rawlings for many years before retiring from the Missouri Department of Corrections.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Howard Carl Edgmond; her parents, Harold and Verna Letner; grandparents, Jimmy and Phoebe (Cole) Holland; sister, Camille Vipond; and brother, Jimmie Ray Letner.
Patsy is survived by her husband, Charles Richard Wade, of Licking; son, Carl Letner, of Belle, Mo.; siblings, Linda Schafer, of Licking, Carol Noel, of Licking, Harold L. (Nora) Letner, of Willard, Mo., Jo Stout, of Houston, Mo., and Ricky (Lalena) Letner, of Phoenix, Ariz.; grandchildren, Dalton and Austin Letner; and three step-children, Kim and Steve Sperlazza, of Houston, Mo., Cindy Phillips, of Springfield, Mo., and Rick Wade, of St. Cloud, Fla.
A visitation for Patsy will take place Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Fox Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Fox Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Boone Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Boone Creek Cemetery.
