STORM SIREN TESTING
Testing of the Licking storm sirens is scheduled to take place at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 18.
RODEO
The Central Family Rodeo Association will be presenting a Rodeo at the Edgar Springs Saddle Club arena on June 19 (8 p.m.) and June 20 (7 p.m.) There will be a pre-show one hour before each performance. Call in June 15 from 6-9 p.m. at 573-842-8382.
MRFD OPEN HOUSE
The Montauk Rural Fire Department will host an Open House on Saturday, June 20, from 12 to 4 p.m. Meet first responders from the fire department, Dent County Sheriff’s Office, Air Evac, MSHP, and personnel from Salem Hospital ambulances. There will be bounce houses, games and prizes for kids, and free hot dogs, chips and drinks. All are welcome.
IECA ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP
The Intercounty Electric meeting of the membership will be held from 3-8:30 p.m. on Friday, June 26, at the Old City Park in Licking.
LINCOLN DAY

LICKING FIREWORKS DISPLAY
The fireworks display at Deer Lick Park, Licking, will be held on Saturday, June 27. Events will begin with vendors at 5 p.m., with food, t-shirts, glo merchandise and more. Live music by The Hired Guns from 6-9 p.m. Fatal Vision driving course for teens and young adults from 5-9 p.m.
42ND ANNUAL ROUTE 63 CAR & BIKE SHOW

WALTER PLANT CONCERT
Walter Plant will be in concert at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, at the Licking Bridge Builders, 114 Green Street in Licking. The concert is free and everyone is welcome. The drawing for a king size quilt raffle of a Phyllis Caton quilt will be held during the concert. Tickets are available now at Licking Bridge Builders.
LHS ALL CLASSES REUNION

OZARKS BERRYFEST QUILT & CRAFT AUCTION
A quilt and craft auction will be held at Macedonia Baptist Church, 3110 W Sunshine St., Springfield, Mo., at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 18. Proceeds will fund the ministries of the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home. Auction items include quilts made in Licking, Mo., and can be previewed from 8 to 10 a.m.

UNITED JOY WOMEN’S CONFERENCE

The Licking Assembly of God invites all to attend their weekly Legacy Service, held from 1 – 2 p.m. every Wednesday. This non-denominational service was begun to provide an option for those who wish to attend a mid-week service held during daylight hours.
QUEEN OF HEARTS
Weekly progressive jackpot, 5-7 p.m., every Wednesday, at the Resort at Boiling Springs, hosted by G-Ma Pam’s Rack Pack Cancer Charity, with 10% of the pot going to G-Ma Pam’s, and the pot split 50/50 between winner and another local charity.
