The Licking FFA Truck & Tractor Pull was held on Saturday at R&S Track on Shafer Road. WW Productions put on the pull, and the Stubborn Mule MiniRods also took to the course for an evening of pulling entertainment.

A good crowd turned out for the event, and volunteers were busy. Roy and Shellie Ogden and family, FFA members, city employees, firefighters, other volunteers and many sponsors made the event possible.

The changing of an alternator on the Intimidator Sled created an intermission in the truck and tractor pulls, but the mini-rod pulls continued. The sled was repaired and the trucks and tractors returned to the track..

Jake Buckner, of Licking, won the Small Block Super Stock category with a pull of 304.91 feet in a 1968 GMC he calls Hard Times.
