A touch of Branson in Licking

Branson gospel music singer Chuck Crain was in concert at New Life Free Will Baptist Church on Sunday.

Chuck Crain performed at New Life Free Will Baptist Church, in Licking, on Sunday afternoon. The southern gospel singer is the tenor in the Southern Gospel Quartet at Presleys’ Country Jubilee Show in Branson, Missouri.

Crain and his wife, Sharon, travel to churches around the country during the off-season, sharing his message through music. This was not their first trip to New Life Free Will Baptist Church, and the congregation was pleased to have him return.

The next concert planned at the church will be at 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, when Walter Plant returns.
