Obituary – Tami L. Allison

Tami Lee Allison, of Rolla, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at the age of 66.
She was born on October 3, 1957, in Rolla, to Donald Davidson and Constance (Ayers) Davidson. Her mother, Connie, preceded her in death in 2009. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents; Bill and Geneva Ayers, and Roy and Faye Davidson.
At a young age, Tami gave her life to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was baptized at age 13 and was a member of the Edgar Springs Church of Christ. Tami graduated high school from the Rolla High School class of ’75. She worked for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources until her retirement at 35 years, and during her time there she enjoyed playing on the softball team with her co-workers, many of whom remained lifelong friends. They continued to enjoy one another’s company through girlfriend lunches and the occasional celebrity tabloids. Tami was an avid flower gardener and took great pride in her yard work. Most of all Tami took pride in her family. She loved her boys and was always willing to tell stories about them. Later in life, her grandchildren took center stage. They were the light of her life and all she looked forward to. Tami was a hard worker with a loving soul.
Tami will be greatly missed by her surviving family which includes: her father, Donald Davidson, of Edgar Springs; two sons, Chad Martin (Jackie), of Edgar Springs, and Cody Allison (Brittany), of Montgomery, Texas; brother, Kelly Davidson (Holly), of Rogersville; sister, Jami Reppond (Curt), of Edgar Springs; and six grandchildren, Tripp, Tell, Audra, Braiden, Blakely and Braxton; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was Friday, June 21, 2024, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m. at Null & Son Funeral Home, Rolla. Interment was at Edgar Springs Cemetery in Edgar Springs, immediately following the service. Memorial contributions can be made to the Edgar Springs Church of Christ. Arrangements were under the direction of Null & Son Funeral Home, Rolla.
