Obituary – Cheri Hamby

Cheri Hamby, 65, of Licking, passed away on Thursday June 18, 2026. She was born on February 6, 1961, in Cairo, Illinois, to Roy Woodruff and Faye Woodruff (Coleman).

On August 7, 1976, she was married to Bob Hamby, who survives at the home.

Cheri enjoyed listening to classic rock music, dressing up, watching nature, gospel music, reading her Bible and loving her God.

In addition to her husband, Bob, those left to mourn her loss are her children, Thomas Hamby and Angela Caswell; and grandchildren, Stallion, Bobbie, Gabreial, Danielle, Denise, Layne, Emma, Katelynn and Kyla.

There will be a service at a later date.
