Easter Bunny returns to Old City Park

The South Central Correctional Center (SCCC) CERT team and several SCCC staff members held an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday at Licking’s Old City Park. Over 4,000 eggs were hidden, all over the park. On behalf of the CERT team and SCCC staff, Captain Pam Lewis welcomed community members who attended. The event allows SCCC employees another opportunity to give back to the community, and the children who attended appreciated their efforts.

The Licking Rural Fire Department and the Licking Police Department sounded their sirens to begin Saturday morning’s Easter Egg Hunt. Though the rainy weather may have reduced attendance, it did not hinder the enthusiasm of the children who did participate.
