Larry W. Thompson

Larry Wayne Thompson, age 66, passed away May 6, 2025, in Licking, Missouri. Larry was born on June 13, 1958, in Statesville, North Carolina, to Jesse and Pauline Thompson. 

He attended Asbury University where he received a master’s degree in divinity. He then went on to minister for the United Methodist Church in North Carolina. 

Larry married Arleen Thompson March 11, 1978.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Thompson and Pauline (Hartsell) Thompson. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Arleen Thompson; children, Paul Thompson, and Tabitha T. Lowe; and grandchildren, Summer and June Lowe.
