Obituary – Jason C. Jaegers

 

Jason C. Jaegers, age 46, of Loose Creek, passed away Monday, July 29, 2024, in Bixby, Missouri.

Jason was born November 13, 1977, in Jefferson City, a son to Jerry and Diane (Eichholz) Jaegers. They survive in Loose Creek.

He attended Immaculate Conception Catholic School and was a 1995 graduate of Fatima High School.

On September 15, 1999, he was united in marriage to Julie Gorman in Rolla. She survives of the home.

Jason was employed as a truck driver for Environmental Services of Centertown.  

He was a member of St. George Catholic Church.

Jason was a gun enthusiast and enjoyed hunting, cooking, and grilling for his family, pickup trucks, and big rig semi-trucks.

In addition to his parents and Julie, his spouse of 24 years, Jason is survived by: three sons, Dylan Jaegers, of Linn, Peyton Jaegers, of Jefferson City, and Sterling Jaegers, of the home; two daughters, Mia Jaegers and Emma Jaegers, both of the home; two brothers, Justin Jaegers and his wife, Amelia, of Linn, and Kaleb Jaegers, of Russellville; one sister, Jeriane Jaegers-Brenneke and her husband, Adam, of Jefferson City; his mother-in-law, Diane Gorman, of Licking; a brother-in-law, Danny Gorman, of Rolla; three grandchildren, Bryer, Remington and Colt Jaegers; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two angel babies, maternal grandparents, Charles and Leona Eichholz, his paternal grandparents, Jerome and Teresa Jaegers, and his father-in-law, Sammy Gorman.  

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at Morton Chapel in Linn. Funeral services will follow at 4 p.m. with Fr. Anthony Rinaldo officiating.   

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Jaegers family.

Arrangements are under the direction of Morton Chapel, Linn, Missouri.
