ALZHEIMER’S INFORMATIONAL SESSION
Licking Residential Care is partnering with Three Rivers Hospice to present an Alzheimer’s Informational Session at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, August 8. The session will be held at Licking Residential Care, 225 W. Highway 32, Licking. Call 573-674-2207 for more information.
KIDS FREE FISHING DAY
Kids ages 15 and under fish free at Montauk State Park on Saturday, August 9. Kids must pick up a free tag at the lodge Friday evening after 7 p.m. or any time Saturday. Adults must have daily trout tag to assist children fishing.
NSDAR AUGUST MEETING

Edgar Prairie Days 2025 will take place August 22-24. Little Mr. & Miss contest and Extreme Cowboy Race/Challenge is Friday; Saturday is Parade at 11 a.m., Old Time Games & Cornhole at fire department, Hee Haw at school at 3 p.m., Open Road Band at fire department at 7 p.m. BBQ and gospel singing at fire department begins at 11 a.m. Sunday.

AOG LEGACY SERVICE
The Licking Assembly of God invites all to attend their weekly Legacy Service, held from 1 – 2 p.m. every Wednesday. This non-denominational service was begun to provide an option for those who wish to attend a mid-week service held during daylight hours.

MONTHLY MOTORCYCLE CRUISE-IN
The MC Cruise-In at Sonic in Licking, with DJs “Lew & Rick” of “The Road Show DJ service” is back. The motorcycles will be rolling in, we have lots & lots of door prizes & most of all friendly people! T-shirts are available for purchase. Cruise-Ins are the last Thursday of each month through September, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Junction of Hwy. 63 & 32. The rain date is the following Thursday from that date.
