Lava Lava Luau at Licking Christian Church

Licking Christian Church hosted their Vacation Bible School, titled Lava Lava Luau, last week, with 61 students and 22 staff participating. For four evenings, students learned about controlling emotions, and the good news of Jesus was shared. A family luau dinner was held on Wednesday night, with a great turn out. Youth Minister Keegan Friend, who had lived in Hawaii for a time, made a delicious Hawaiian-style pulled pork.
