Satterfield awarded MACCEA Scholarship

Texas County Clerk Peggy Seyler, right, awards Licking High School senior McKinley Satterfield a $300 scholarship on behalf of the Missouri Association of County Clerks and Election Authorities (MACCEA). This is a yearly scholarship. Seyler says Satterfield had a very impressive application and was one of 13 recipients of the scholarship across Missouri’s 114 counties.
