JH Boys Track & Field finish 2nd in State meet

The Licking JH Track & Field teams competed in the State Middle School Track Meet.
Junior High Track & Field ended their season with a great finish at the state track meet on Saturday, April 27. Nearly every athlete came home with a medal.
The boys’ team placed second overall and the girls’ team placed 6th.
For the JH Boys’ team, Jett Sullins had three first place finishes, in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay; and finished fifth in the Long Jump.
Colby Satterfield finished first in the 4x100m relay, fourth in the 200m and seventh in the 100m.
Keegan Clayton finished first in the 4x100m relay, second in the 4x200m relay, and second in the 4x400m relay.
Gage Mesger finished first in the 4x100m relay, second in the 4x200m relay, eighth in Triple Jump and 13th in Long Jump.
Jason Ingram was second in the 4x200m relay and in the 4x400m relay, ninth in High Jump, and 11th in the 400m.
Trent Wood was second in the 4x400m relay, 12th in the 400m and 14th in High Jump.
Colin Kuhn was second in the 4x400m relay, sixth in the 1600m, and 13th in the 800m.
Kerium O’Daniel was fourth in the 4x800m relay, 11th in Triple Jump and 14th in the 1600m.
Jerry Hofstetter finished fifth in Shot Put and sixth in Discus.
Colten Moore finished fourth in the 4x800m relay and 20th in the 800m.
Lucas Bates was 4th in the 4x800m.
Michael Cunefare was second in the 4x200m relay and 11th in the 100m Hurdles.
Evan Crow took fourth in Pole Vault, fourth in the 4x800m relay, and 12th in 100m Hurdles.
Evan Walser-Barton finished 24th in Shot Put and 26th in Discus.
For the JH Girls’ team, Hadlee Davis won High Jump, was second in the 4x200m relay, and fourteen the 4x100m relay.
Penelope Huff was second in the 4x200m relay, fourth in the 4x100m relay, eighth in High Jump and 12th in the 400m.
Bailee Medlock was second in the 4x200m relay, seventh in the 4x400m relay, ninth in Triple Jump and 18th in the 200m.
Shay Yarbor won second in the 4x200m relay, fourth in the 4x100m relay, seventh in the 4x400m relay and 15th in Long Jump.
Olivia Clayton finished fourth in the 4x100m relay, sixth in the 4x800m relay and 13th in the 100m.
Adrianna Jones was sixth in the 4x800m, seventh in the 4x400m, and 22nd in the 100m and Long Jump.
Halee Ammons was tenth in Shot Put and 17th in Shot Put.
Khloe Kinder was sixth in the 4x800m relay, seventh in 4x400m relay and 26th in the 200m.
Addie Hart finished seventh in Discus and 12th in Shot Put.
