A Party in the Parking Lot drew in some early trick-or-treaters Friday afternoon as residents at Licking Residential Care donned costumes and handed out treats. It was a fun time for the residents and for visitors. A fire pit raffle was held to raise money for the residents’ activities fund, with James Hildebrand the lucky winner.
