Time marches on

Another change to Licking’s skyline took place on Monday, September 28. The School Tower was removed a piece at a time from its location just south of College Street. The tower was no longer needed after the new water tower was put in service. Its removal also means youth will no longer be tempted to attempt to climb the structure.
