All-District Volleyball teams announced

The 2025 All-District Volleyball teams have been announced. Four Licking High School Volleyball players have been selected to the first team, and one to the second team.

Receiving honors as first team selections were Jadyn Barnes, Penelope Huff, Peyton Holland and Hadlee Davis. Second team honors went to Kylee Rinne.

Congratulations to each of these players, and to the 2025 Licking Lady Wildcat Volleyball team, who earned a Class 2 District 8 Championship win to top off their season.

Other Class 2 District 8 players receiving honors included, first team: Kylee Livesay, Steelville; Adalee Letterman, Conway; and Emeri Perkins, Steelville; second team: from Steelville, Kaylin Gillam, Aaleigha Decker, Jazmyn Hurd and Marley Eilert; Sara Cannon, Plato; and Alayna Richardson, Conway.

The Lady Wildcats ended their 2025 season with a loss to Fatima in the Quarterfinals of the Class 2 State Tournament.
