LICKING 41, DIXON-NEWBURG 26
LICKING, Mo. – The Licking Lady Wildcats faced off with the combination of Dixon and Newburg last Monday. The seniors were honored in between the boys’ and girls’ games.
Licking dominated early, jumping out to an 18-2 advantage in the first quarter. Both teams struggled to score the rest of the way. Licking won 41-26 and finished 5-2 in Frisco League play.
Allie Hock was the only Lady ’Cat in double figures with 14. Linzie Wallace added 7 points and 6 rebounds, Kinley Keaton and Hadlee Davis each had 5 points, Zoey Dawson and Morgan Stone had 4 and Addison Floyd had 2.
BUNKER 47, LICKING 17
BUNKER, Mo. – Licking picked up a game at Bunker for Friday as their regular scheduled opponent couldn’t make it due to weather. The Lady ’Cats struggled from the tip to the final buzzer. We finished 6/41 from the field for 15 percent, and 0/22 from the 3pt line. Licking lost 17-47.
Hock had 6 points, Wallace 5, Dawson 4 points and 7 rebounds, and Davis 2.
